Vault Fit has three plans, each priced per gym per month, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Starter (₹999) suits new and small gyms, Growth (₹1,999) suits most established single-location gyms, and Pro (₹3,999) suits large gyms and those preparing to expand.

- Starter if you have under 150 members and mainly need check-in, billing and receipts.
- Growth if reminders are getting missed, you want automatic WhatsApp and a leads pipeline, or you have up to 500 members.
- Pro if you have more than 500 members, want your own WhatsApp number, or are planning a second branch.
Add-ons
Extra members, extra staff logins, an extra branch and a dedicated WhatsApp number can be added to any plan without switching tiers.
WhatsApp costs

Gyms that connect their own Razorpay account can accept online payments into their own account. Razorpay's own transaction fees apply.
